FG3900 Series Nomex Static Safe Cleanroom Hot Gloves - 16"
The FG3900 series Nomex® gloves are designed for processes requiring elevated temperature handling. Specifically, this includes printed circuit board, hybrid circuit, and semiconductor work. They offer heat protection without compromising cleanliness or risking static discharge damage.
The full length 16˝ gloves provide static control and significant heat protection. They are compatible with cleanroom environments. Furthermore, the FG Series gloves use continuous monofilament yarn. This yarn reduces particle generation.
Nomex® is a heat- and flame-resistant textile from DuPont™. The gloves use a blend of 99% Nomex® fabric with 1% carbon yarn. Consequently, this innovative fabric minimizes break-open. It also forms a stable barrier between heat and skin.
The gloves resist 572°F (300°C) according to ASTM F 1050 Modified. Independent testing is available upon request. Moreover, the gloves suit applications needing thermal protection, static, and contamination control. They are available in two convenient lengths.
