Contec CONSTIX Flexible Paddle Head Foam Swab 6.4"
The Contec CONSTIX Flexible Paddle Head Foam Swab (SF-5) consists of polyurethane foam. This foam bonds securely to a flex-tip polypropylene handle without using adhesives or binders. The polyurethane foam head provides good particle entrapment and removal. Furthermore, its absorbent foam readily enables solvents, such as isopropanol and ethanol, to be sorbed. This makes it ideal for applications involving solvent delivery or removal. The SF-5 swab also excels at applying resins and adhesives.
While compatible with many common solvents, we do not recommend using the SF-5 with ketones, such as acetone or MEK.
