Contec CONSTIX Small Pointed Double-Ended Cotton Swab 3.1"
The Contec CONSTIX Small Pointed Double-Ended Cotton Swab (SC-7) features sharp point double-ended cotton swabs. It consists of high-quality, long staple-length cotton. We tightly wrap and shape this cotton on both ends of high-strength, wound paper handles. A methyl-cellulose binder holds the heads securely to the handles. These are Sanyo Huby brand swabs, which Contec imports.
The high-quality cotton fibers provide excellent particle entrapment and retention. The very tightly wrapped and shaped heads, secured with a methyl-cellulose binder, minimize fiber shedding while maintaining low levels of extractable residue. The SC series cotton swabs effectively absorb most common solvents, including isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and aqueous solutions.
