Contec CONSTIX Small Foam Swab 2.8"
The Contec CONSTIX Small Foam Swab (SF-12) consists of polyurethane foam. This foam bonds securely to a polypropylene handle without using adhesives or binders. The polyurethane open-cell foam head provides good particle entrapment and removal. Furthermore, its absorbent foam readily absorbs solvents, such as isopropanol and ethanol, making it ideal for applications involving solvent delivery or removal. The SF-12 swab also excels at applying resins and adhesives.
While compatible with many common solvents, we do not recommend using the SF-12 with ketones, such as acetone or MEK.
