Warmbier PGT130.DT Data Logging ESD Tester With RFID
The Warmbier PGT130.DT Data Logging ESD Tester With RFID delivers quick, accurate resistance measurements. It tests ESD wrist straps, footwear, heel grounders, gloves, and smocks. Data logging eliminates messy paper logs and reliance on the honor system for compliance. The unit features three independent measuring circuits. This allows simultaneous, individual testing of wrist straps and heel grounders.
RFID and Access Control
A built-in RFID reader captures employee ID before testing begins. It stores the employee ID alongside their test result. You can connect the PGT130.DT to an automatic door system. This only allows entry for employees who achieve passing results.
Digital Data Acquisition
Accessing this digital information is highly valuable to your quality program. Manipulate the data using easy-to-use SQLlite, a widely deployed open-source database. Alternatively, export the data directly to Excel. Learn if a technician passed or failed, how often they retested, and how long ground products last.
Scalable System Management
Our system suits both small teams and large teams up to $50,000$ people. You can install multiple ESD testers throughout your facility. They all log test information into one central database. The system software requires no annual license fee and manages up to $32$ testers.
Hands Free Test Mode
ESD footwear such as heel grounders or ESD shoes can be measured in a hands-free mode which means that the staff members are tested automatically when standing on the plate – No Button Press Needed!
100volt Test Circuit
The PGT130.DT uses a 100volt test circuit (by default) which is the same voltage used for qualification tests. Using 100 volts allows the PGT130.DT to test all materials consistently, reduces false failures and ensures compliance to ANSI ESD S.2020. Test voltage is also selectable.
The PGT130.DT is supplied complete with footwear testing electrode, flexible cord, transformer with power cord and calibration protocol. Recommended calibration interval is 24 month Corresponding wall mounting plate, and electrode anti-fatigue mat is sold separately.
