Trax 3.0 Grid System, 2" Walkable T-Grid

The Trax 3.0 Grid System 2″ Walkable T-Grid supports standard filter modules. Specifically, it works in Class 10 to Class 100,000 cleanrooms. Furthermore, this system features a 2″ (50mm) wide gasket-seal ceiling grid. Extruded aluminum tee members make up the grid. Then, they bolt together to form a continuous gasketed ledge. This ledge receives HEPA or ULPA filters. Consequently, the system is ideal for ultra-clean manufacturing.

Each grid member comes factory pre-cut. In addition, you suspend the Trax 3.0 grid with 3/8-16 threaded rods. Turnbuckles are also included. Main connectors handle 4-way intersections. Similarly, we use Zinc Die Cast parts for other connections. These parts are cut for splices. They also work for three-way and corner connections. A top-mounted clip inter-connects to the Threaded Boss. It uses ¼-20 hardware. As a result, this special connector engages the main runners. It also engages cross tee sections. This ensures accurate grid alignment. All intersections have straight cuts. Ultimately, this makes job site construction easier.
