Trax 1.1 Grid System, 2" Standard Gasketed T-Grid

The Trax 1.1 Grid System 2″ Standard Gasketed T-Grid supports standard filter modules for Class 10 to Class 100,000 cleanrooms. This 2″ (50mm) wide gasket-seal ceiling grid system consists of extruded aluminum tee members. These members then bolt together, forming a continuous gasketed ledge that receives HEPA or ULPA filters. Consequently, the system is ideal for ultra-clean manufacturing environments.

Each Trax 1.1 grid member comes factory pre-cut. In addition, you suspend the system with 3/8-16 threaded rods and turnbuckles. Main connectors handle 4-way intersections. However, for other connections like splices, three-way, and corners, we use Zinc Die Cast parts that we cut specifically for those needs. A top-mounted connector inter-connects to the threaded boss using ¼-20 hardware.

As a result, this special connector engages the main runners and cross tee sections, ensuring accurate grid alignment. Ultimately, all intersections have straight cuts, which makes job site construction easier.
