Septihol® st Alcohol Solution products kill a range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,and have fungicidal activity against Trychophyton interdigitale. Its EPA biocidal and fungicidal claims are proven in presence of 5% organic soil on hard, nonporous surfaces. Septihol st is double bagged and gamma irradiated for use in aseptic areas. The formula is a blend of 70% (v/v) USP isopropyl alcohol and 30% USP Purified Water. It does not contain stabilizers or denaturants, so it evaporates quickly and completely. Septihol st Alcohol Solution is ideal as a final microbial control and disinfection step to remove residue from surfaces and to decontaminate gloves. This product has an extensive documentation package to meet your validation objectives and is supported by the STERIS Technical Services team for individualized application and validation assistance.
