The QRP Qualatrile Nitrile Class 100 Finger Cots offer superior electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety for cleanroom applications. We package them for ISO 5 (Class 100) environments.
These finger cots feature an average surface resistance of ohms per square unit, making them ideal for Class II static-sensitive devices (thresholds above 1000V). Their unique, Stand-Up pouch allows for easy product identification. They offer ESD safe compliance to ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 and are RoHS compliant.
We produce these finger cots using the P3 Polar Process. With a thickness of 3.5 Mil and a 2.75 Inch Length, they provide reliable protection and dexterity.
