Protect sensitive electronics with QRP® PolyTuff® 27G static dissipative gloves. These black gloves use tough, sheer PolyTuff polyurethane film. Because the thin film gives a high degree of tactile sensitivity, workers feel small parts and fine details with ease.
The gloves are static dissipative at 10⁶ ohms and comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014. As a result, they suit work with Class I and Class II static sensitive devices. Additionally, the solvent process polyurethane is sulfur free and sheds no carbon, so it protects clean processes. The gloves also meet ASTM and IEST-RP-CC005.3 standards.
Furthermore, the ergonomic Comfort Curve design shapes each glove for a natural fit. Therefore, workers stay comfortable during long shifts. These ISO 5 (Class 100) packaged gloves suit wafer fabrication, printed circuit boards, IC handling, and disk drives. They also fit cellular device fabrication, military avionics, robotics sensors, and electrostatic painting.
