Contec StatZorb ESD Cleanroom Wipes are crafted from polyester fabric with a conductive fiber woven in a specialized grid pattern. This design effectively minimizes “hot spots,” ensuring uniform antistatic properties on both sides. The surface resistivity measures 4.3 x 10^7 ohms, and the static decay time is less than 1.5 seconds. Laser-cut edges seal particles at the wipe’s edge, making them ideal for dry wiping. They clean sensitive electronic components safely and are suitable for ESD sensitive areas. Furthermore, these wipes are also appropriate for use in disc drive or MR head manufacturing.
