Contec PROSAT Sterile Polynit Heatseal Cleanroom Wipes offer a sterile and efficient solution for critical cleaning in high-grade life science cleanrooms. Specifically, they manufacture these wipes from 100% knitted polyester and employ a laser-cut heatseal process to bond the fibers at the edges. This creates a nonabrasive edge and allowing full surface utilization. Furthermore, the wipes are chemical resistant and exceptionally low in particles and extractable residue.
Moreover, they presaturate the wipes with 70% USP grade isopropanol and 30% deionized water. This reduces solvent usage and VOC emissions, while maximizing process control and consistency. Subsequently, gamma irradiation and AAMI validation to a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level ensure suitability for the highest-grade life science cleanrooms. Finally, they package the wipes in convenient peel and reseal pouches, with small pouch options to reduce waste and control saturation volume.
