Botron Two Operator and Mat Continuous Monitor

Botron’s Two Operator and Mat Continuous Monitor is engineered to provide continuous monitoring of the resistance of both the worksurface and up to two operators simultaneously. The device features a built-in audible alarm and a visual LED indicator. These alert personnel immediately if either an operator or the worksurface falls outside the specified resistance limits, becomes disconnected, or if the ground connection is lost. Utilizing a fixed resistor system, the monitor operates on a simple go/no-go principle. Implementing a full-time monitoring system like this is crucial for minimizing latency and ensuring consistent ESD protection on the assembly line.
