Berkshire ValuSeal-HA - Case
ValuSeal-HA wipers are designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. With its sealed edge for reduced fiber contamination, and 100% continuous filament polyester knit construction it has critically low lint, particles, fibers, ions and extractables. Laundered and packaged in Berkshire’s ISO Class 4 cleanroom. ValuSeal-HA is chemically compatible with IPA, Acetone and other solvents. Light weight, high absorbency wiper design reduces landfill waste impact when compared to more traditional heavier weight designs. Uses include, Oxidation, Metallization, CVD or Photolithography processes. Stencil and other print roll cleaning applications. Cleaning of medical device products. Applying and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ion Implantation, diffusion and CMP processing.
